SPECIALTY COFFEE IN AN EXQUISITE GARDEN: BOWLAND CAFE
A new coffee joint has made its way to The Synergy. Bowland Café is among the few specialty cafes in Western Singapore to offer premium-brewed coffee and simple meals at affordable prices.

Mr Woon, owner of Bowland Café, explains the difference between specialty cafés and normal cafés:
“A small eatery can be classified as cafe, such as canteens, food courts, etc. However, a specialty coffee café like ours should use high quality coffee beans which are ground on the spot for our customers to enjoy the freshness of the coffee. The coffee beans that we use are 100% gourmet and premium beans.”

Bowland Cafe understands that good ambience is just as important as superb coffee. They have transformed their corner of The Synergy into a picturesque garden. The café’s beautiful interior is further accentuated by the lush foliage outside the building.
The 1,400 square feet cafe accepts reservations and delivery requests to cater to the busy community in International Business Park. The café is directly accessible from the building’s rear entrance and connected via a stairway to the second floor.

The Synergy Business Park Building comprises a 10-storey tower and a five-storey podium, which is equipped with various facilities and amenities. The development is designed for research and development, knowledge-intensive and backroom operations. It is located within the International Business Park and is easily accessible via major expressways such as AYE and PIE. Jurong East MRT station and Jurong East Bus Interchange are located close to the development.
